Returns & Refunds

• Hassle-Free Returns: If you encounter any issues with your purchase within the warranty period, you can return the product without any hassle.
• After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.
• For limited-time edition products, we will replace any returns with the current limited-time edition available at the time of the return.
• Rivon Creations assumes no responsibility for risks associated with return shipments.

 

 

Warranty Period

We offer a 14-day warranty for all our 3D Printed products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects.

 

Order Cancellation/Modification

• If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us promptly. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your request. If the order cannot be changed in time, you can return it to us after receiving it.

Exclusions

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse or accidents.
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
